According to the rules of immigration at Hong Kong,people whom intends to come to Hong Kong to work or make the investment (besides whom is a Hong Kong permanet resident or have the entry right to come to Hong Kong) should apply the relevant visa/permit before coming to Hong Kong.

 ( 5) Financial Report (full details of the souces) of company and applicant (currently) ;
 ( 6) Declarae the actual investment amount which invest by applicant (should need the provement document)  ;
 ( 7) Detailed business plan, include the future expansion plan.

Applicant and guarantor or must submit again related to application other documentary evidence and materials. Apply to sanction considering according to the specific case or not.

The aforesaid policy and arrangement is not suitable for Chinese citizen and Afghanistan, getting inferior Qintars of inferior, Kampuchea, Cuba, Laos, Democratic People’s of Korea(North Korea) , the people of Nepal and Vietnam.
